If you’ve found your way here, you’re probably seeking a calmer path to change: more ease, connection, and a deeper sense of awareness.
I know that feeling well. For years, I carried stress and tension like it was part of me. On the outside, I looked like I had it together. Inside, I was tired, anxious, and searching for a way to feel at home in myself again.
Breathwork changed everything. It taught me how to soften, to quiet the noise in my mind, and to reconnect with the calm that was always inside me. Each session felt like peeling back another layer, returning closer to myself.
That’s why I started Back to Breath. To offer safe, supportive spaces where you can experience the same. Whether it’s in a one-on-one session, a group circle, or a retreat, I’ll guide you gently through the process—step by step—so you feel at ease and supported from start to finish. No experience needed, just a willingness to breathe and see where it takes you.
I hold an International Certificate of Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery, trained under Eleanor Mann of The School of Breathwork and The Reconnected.
As a breathwork facilitator, massage therapist, yoga teacher, and safety consultant, I bring grounded experience and compassionate presence to every session. Back to Breath is an invitation: to breathe deeply again, to feel steady, and to live with intention.
I believe in Breathwork because I’ve lived its transformation. My purpose now is to hold space for you to soften, to let go of overwhelm, and to remember what it feels like to be present in your own life.
Back to Breath services are based in Sydney, Australia. We have held retreats all over Australia and online sessions in places where time zones align well for everyone.
Why I do this
My journey into breathwork is deeply personal. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life and, for years, I wrestled with anxiety, overwhelm, and the mental load of motherhood.
When my second child was born, I experienced postpartum depression just as the world went into lockdown. With my partner working long hours, I felt isolated and anxious in ways I had never experienced before. Medication helped reduce the anxiety, but it also dulled my focus and drive, leaving me feeling disconnected and stuck.
Everything changed when I found conscious connected breathwork. For the first time, I felt calm and safe in my body.
My nervous system could finally settle, my mind grew clearer, and I began to trust myself again. Breathwork helped me release old stress, soften the chaos, and choose how I wanted to show up for myself and my family.
This practice has been a game changer. It’s given me the ability to reduce stress, connect to my intentions, and consciously shape the course of my life. It’s why I’m so passionate about guiding others: to help people discover that same clarity, calm, and inner strength.
