If you've found your way here, you're probably tired of running on empty and wondering why nothing seems to stick. You've tried the things ... the apps, the supplements, the advice ... but your body is still stuck in go mode.
I know that feeling. For years I carried stress and tension like it was part of me. On the outside I looked like I had it together. Inside I was exhausted, anxious, and searching for a way to feel at home in myself again.
Breathwork changed everything. It taught me how to soften, to quiet the noise, and to reconnect with the calm that was always there underneath the chaos. Each session felt like peeling back another layer, returning closer to myself.
That's why I started Back to Breath. To create a space where people who are burnt out or have ADHD can stop white knuckling through life and start actually regulating their nervous systems. Whether you're breathing with us live in the community, working through a guided digital practice on your own, or joining a retreat ... I'll guide you through it with care and zero pressure. No experience needed, just a willingness to breathe and see where it takes you.
I hold an International Certificate of Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery, trained under Eleanor Mann of The School of Breathwork and The Reconnected. With a background in massage therapy, yoga, and safety consulting, I bring grounded experience and an understanding of what it actually takes for a nervous system to feel safe enough to let go.
Back to Breath is based in Sydney, Australia with online sessions, digital tools, and a growing community you can access from anywhere.
Why I do this
My journey into breathwork is deeply personal. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life and, for years, I wrestled with anxiety, overwhelm, and the mental load of motherhood.
When my second child was born, I experienced postpartum depression just as the world went into lockdown. With my partner working long hours, I felt isolated and anxious in ways I had never experienced before. Medication helped reduce the anxiety, but it also dulled my focus and drive, leaving me feeling disconnected and stuck.
Everything changed when I found conscious connected breathwork. For the first time, I felt calm and safe in my body.
My nervous system could finally settle, my mind grew clearer, and I began to trust myself again. Breathwork helped me release old stress, soften the chaos, and choose how I wanted to show up for myself and my family.
This practice has been a game changer. It’s given me the ability to reduce stress, connect to my intentions, and consciously shape the course of my life. It’s why I’m so passionate about guiding others: to help people discover that same clarity, calm, and inner strength.
