Slow down to move forward.

Your nervous system is trying to tell you something. Breathwork helps you listen. Explore guided practices, digital tools, and a community built for burnt out high achievers and ADHD brains who are done running on survival mode.

I'm Lucine ... breathwork facilitator and nervous system specialist. After years of working with bodies through massage and movement, I found the thing that changed everything for me. Breathwork. Now I help burnt out high achievers and people with ADHD get out of survival mode and back into their bodies through guided practices, digital tools, and a community built around regulation.

When your nervous system is stuck in overdrive, everything suffers ... your energy, your focus, your ability to actually be present in your own life. Breathwork is the fastest way I know to interrupt that cycle.

When you start breathing in this way, you'll start to notice:

  • A body that actually knows how to rest. Not the kind of rest where your mind is still racing. Real, felt, nervous system level calm.

  • Clarity that doesn't require caffeine or willpower. When your system stops firefighting, your brain has space to think, create, and make decisions without the fog.

  • A version of yourself that feels like you again. Present. Grounded. Not performing. Just here.

Your breath is a powerful tool for change.

Real calm. Real stories.

  • "It felt like a complete reset for my nervous system. I left feeling calm, grounded, and finally clear on what I needed to do. It felt so transformative. I’m so grateful to Lucine for holding such a healing space."

    Kerri Lyne

  • "Incredible. I thought it would be a lovely, simple breathing workshop. It was surprisingly deeper. Vivid and extraordinary."

    Robin McCarthy

  • " Her nurturing and supportive energy made me feel completely safe and comfortable, even as a beginner. Lucine guided the group with such care and presence - it was clear she’s deeply skilled and passionate about what she does. I left the session feeling more grounded, open, and connected."

    Emma Kidman

  • "Lucine holds a beautiful space. She was able to guide people of many different experience levels all through their own deep process. Lucine is kind and warm, thoughtful and yet also thorough in her practice. She is incredibly perceptive and was able to help me move a great amount of material that has been in the way of me feeling free, which I now do feel following our breathwork session over the weekend"

“I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, at 37. Like many women, my ADHD went unnoticed for years. I was the “high achiever” who managed to keep it all together on the outside, but underneath, I was running on stress, anxiety, and pure survival.”
