Held in the tranquil surroundings of The Barn, this half-day experience is designed to help you release built up stress, reconnect with your body, and align with your intentions for the months ahead. Through guided breathwork, intention setting, and integration, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to yourself.

Introduction + Intention Setting
Ease in with a short introduction to conscious connected breathwork — a gentle, restorative practice that helps calm your nervous system and quiet your mind. You’ll set an intention for your session and tune in to how you’d like life to flow.90-Minute Breathwork Practice
A guided conscious connected breath cycle — slow, full, and comfortable — that allows you to unwind at your own pace and access what your body is ready to release.Integration + Debrief
Time to journal, reflect, and connect with others. This final part of the session anchors your insights so you can carry them forward with awareness and ease.
