Lucine Setian is the founder of Back to Breath and a nervous system led breathwork practitioner with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through burnout, psychosocial stress, and nervous system overload.
With a background in workplace health and safety and lived experience of ADHD, Lucine brings a grounded, embodied understanding of what it means to function well on the outside while living in survival mode on the inside.
Her work is gentle, parasympathetic, and trauma-informed, helping high-functioning adults build real capacity, regulation, and choice so calm becomes something you feel, not something you manage.
