If you’re reading this, chances are you’re tired.
Not just physically — but nervous-system tired.
You might still be functioning.
Still showing up.
Still getting things done.
But underneath, things feel stretched, reactive, or flat. Rest doesn’t fully land. Time off helps for a moment, then the same patterns return.
This isn’t a personal failure.
It’s how the nervous system responds to sustained load.
Research shows the benefits of holidays often fade within a couple of weeks — not because rest doesn’t matter, but because it doesn’t change how the nervous system has learned to operate under pressure.
The Exhale 2026 exists to offer a different starting point.
Not from motivation.
Not from goals.
But from regulation.
What is The Exhale 2026?
The Exhale 2026 is a free, live breathwork experience designed to help you:
reduce baseline stress
release some of the load your body has been holding
and recalibrate before the year gains momentum
Across five live sessions, you’ll be guided through gentle, trauma informed, parasympathetic breathwork and simple nervous system education.
This work is self-generated.
You are always in control.
Your body sets the pace.
Rather than pushing for change, we create the conditions where change can happen naturally.
This is for you if…
You feel overwhelmed or overstimulated more easily than you used to
You’re high-functioning, but quietly burnt out underneath
You struggle to fully switch off, even when you want to
You feel calm on the outside but wired, flat, or foggy inside
You’ve tried rest, holidays, or mindset tools — and still feel dysregulated
You want a gentler, more sustainable way to begin 2026
This is not…
Therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment
Crisis support or emotional processing in a group setting
Intense, cathartic, or activating breathwork
A productivity program or goal-setting workshop
About fixing yourself or becoming someone else
This is a skill-building experience — learning how to work with your nervous system so calm becomes something you feel, not perform.
What we’ll work with
When stress has been building for a long time, the nervous system adapts by staying alert. Over time, that constant activation becomes normal — even when it’s costing you clarity, energy, and emotional bandwidth.
The Exhale works at the level where this pattern lives.
Through gentle breathwork and nervous system education, we’ll focus on:
settling chronic activation
releasing stored stress
widening your window of tolerance
creating space between stimulus and response
As the nervous system settles, everyday demands begin to land differently. Decisions feel clearer. Your body feels like it has more capacity.
Not because life suddenly changes — but because your system is no longer meeting it from exhaustion.
What you’ll take with you
By the end of The Exhale 2026, you’ll have:
A short, body-based breathwork practice you can use in real life
A clearer understanding of how burnout and stress show up in your body
More capacity to respond instead of react
A steadier baseline to begin the year
A felt sense of clarity and self-trust — not just the idea of it
This isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about learning how to support your nervous system so stress doesn’t accumulate in the same way.
About the breathwork
This is gentle, parasympathetic, trauma-informed breathwork.
There is:
no breath holding
no hyperventilation
no forcing or pushing
You stay in control at all times.
The change comes from safety, repetition, and regulation — not intensity.
How it works
Five live sessions across the week
Replays available if you can’t attend live
Optional community space for reflection and connection
A live Q&A session to integrate and clarify the work
You can participate in the way that best supports your capacity.
There’s no right way to do this.
A note from me
This is the first time I’ve offered something like this for free.
Even with just these sessions, you’ll be learning a process that can genuinely change how you move through everyday life. I still remember the first time I learned how to work with my nervous system — it felt like a missing piece finally clicked.
That’s why I’m sharing this work.
You don’t need to do everything perfectly.
You just need to show up in the way that feels possible.
You have nothing to lose here — and a lot to gain.
You don’t need to try harder in 2026.
You need to exhale first.
Stop acting calm. Start feeling it.
